May assist with administering other special projects as needed.
Provides ongoing HR operations support spanning from transactions to management reporting.
Prior experience in HR COE role
Prior experience of working for an international Shared Services.
Good knowledge of designing HR metrics to measure success of the programs.
Devising, implementing and evaluating complex organisational change programmes and OD projects.
Extensive ‘hands-on’ restructuring, redundancy and change management experience.
Able to apply or devise methods of analysis, using the results to make solve complex HR/OD issues.
Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
Carries out organization assessments, makes recommendations for change, helps design new structures and jobs, and works to redesign management processes to meet quality standards. Helps establish organization-wide processes that create organization health and employee satisfaction.
Leading OD projects, programs, initiatives, and interventions by gathering/summarizing data, preparing for meetings and workshops, developing tools and resources, creating project plans, and conducting best practices research, developing committees for projects and initiatives as needed and appropriate.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services
Whilst a recognized HR qualification would be preferred, we would consider applications where equivalent knowledge and expertise has been obtained via experience
Demonstrable success in an HR Service role including off-shored service delivery.
Excellent understanding and experience of working with HRSSC systems preferred
Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs)
Strong ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer.
