- Basic Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, Active Directory etc.
- Basic Knowledge in Server administration
- Basic Knowledge in LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking
- Liaising with the support teams in India & UK
- Incident management awareness
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as System Administrator
- Experience in Windows Operating Systems
- Experience in Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in Incident management.
- Knowledge in any of the ticketing tools (eg:-Servicenow, Staffware etc)
- Experience in Basic Server issues Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Basic Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, WLAN etc.)
- Advance skills on Windows Servers & Networking
- Knowledge in Cloud Computing like Azure
- Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Should be a team player & Good Attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Should be a quick learner with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize work.
