- Basic Knowledge in LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking.
- Liaising with the support teams in India & UK.
- Incident management awareness.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in the same.
- Experience in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 Operating Systems.
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Incident Management.
- Experience in Basic Server issues Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Basic Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, WLAN etc.).
- Advance skills on Windows Servers & Networking.
- Knowledge in Cloud Computing like Azure.
- Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and inter-personal skills.
- Should be a team player & Good Attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Should be a quick learner with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize work.
