- L3 level live support for applications developed in .net /windows and hosted in Azure / AWS.
- Perform application level database administration in SQL Server 2012/2016.
- Resolve customer incidents within the agreed SLA.
- Carry out live application changes.
- Application Monitoring and out of hours on call support.
- Managing communication with different stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Should be a graduate in any discipline with 2 - 4 years of experience in application support.
- Experience in .net/PHP based application support.
- Strong MS SQL server/PostgreSQL querying skills.
- Exposure to AWS/azure environment configurations and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exposure to basic PowerShell commands.
- Exposure to system / Azure administration.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good planning, organizing & time management skills.
- Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
