- Proactive remote support to the customer on a day to day basis.
- Implement necessary network technical changes.
- Support necessary desktop based issues.
- Liaising with the support teams in India & UK.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in windows support.
- Trouble shooting knowledge in Win 10 – OS, software, hardware and client connectivity related issues.
- Trouble shooting knowledge in Chromebook and GSUITE/Google workspace administration.
- Good exposure in Identity and access management and group policy related issues.
- Direct Client support experience,preferably UK customers will be an added advantage.
- Advance skills on Windows Servers & Networking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be a team player & Good Attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Should be a quick learner with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize work.
