Technical support and training - Providing the knowledge channel between the UK and India teams.
•Hands-on Experience in Microsoft Intune, Office 365, MS Teams
•Experience with Azure cloud IaaS (Azure VM, Vnet , Subnet )
•Experience in Deploying VM from template, PS Script
•Experience in Azure AD
•Experience with GSuite / Chrome book
•Experience with Cloud Printing solutions (Printix, Papercut)
•Experience building and troubleshooting Windows 10 client OS
•Experience in Virtualization technologies like VMware/ Hyper V or Citrix Xenapp / Xendesktop
•Exposure to PowerShell scripting
•Experience in managing Antivirus products (Symantec corporate edition, Sophos)
•Experience in Backup solutions (Symantec backup exec, Windows backup, Veeam, Microsoft DPM, Azure Backup).
•Experience in ITIL process - Incident / Change / Problem management skills
