To finalize functional requirements assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
Analyze competition products, create need-gap analysis, creates detailed Product Requirement Document (PRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
To create work plans monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
To develop technical solutions and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review.
To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, post product implementation customer support & feedback, signoff from stakeholders, knowledge transfer from business to software developers, solutions verifications.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
2-5 years of overall industry experience in the role of a BA or experience with BA related skills.
Experience with creating functional specifications.
Experience in requirements elicitation.
Experience with supporting development and testing teams.
Experience with creating process and data models.
Experience with estimating of RA effort.
Knowledge of Databases and SQL.
Awareness of Business Process Modeling Notations.
Experience or Awareness in UML.
Certification in BA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Approachable personality and willing to guide and explain.
Excellent Planning and Organization skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work with multiple teams.
